The Count de Lys serves as the Hon. International Director of The ANGEL Foundation. He also serves as Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diplomatic Intergovernmental Inspector General, amongst his primary roles is identifying suitable candidates to enable the A.N.G.E.L. Foundation and the ANGEL Intergovernmental Organization to be positively represented around the world. Sir Leslie is an Ambassador of The Diplomatic Council, an Ambassador at Large for other Commissions for humanity and a member of The World Human Rights Council.

Darlene serves as A.N.G.E.L’s Communications Director as well as International Director of Sustainable Development. She is also the Director of the Rocky Mountain Sustainability Center located on the Western Slope of Colorado. She serves as a board member of Time Bank of the Rockies and has over 2 decades of experience in sustainable community development.
